If you’re an employer based in Sussex, Surrey or Kent and you’re interested in finding hard-working and reliable employees you’ve come to the right website.

We work with people with autism or learning disabilities often while they are still at college but also if they are unemployed and keen to find full-time or part-time work. We get to know them as individuals, find out about their strengths and aspirations and build an understanding of what type of work and what sort of work environment will suit them best.

Because most of our jobseekers struggle applying online for jobs we support them by creating innovative ways to showcase their talents. These include word and photo CVs and CV postcards that we put on our Jobseekers page and video CVs that we post on our YouTube channel.

We would love to hear from you if you have work that is moderately low-skilled, has a substantial element of routine and a minimum of multi-tasking. We can then have a chat to see if we've got somebody we can put forward. We will likely suggest a trial period as a first step (it’s often a good idea if we’re around for some of this time) and then talk to you in more detail about how many paid hours a week you can offer. Blake, pictured here, started work using this approach in the summer of 2013 and his positive attitude, work ethic and attendance record has been faultless ever since.

To contact us about a possible vacancy you may have at your organisation please email Richard Lamplough using richard@apotentialdiamond.org or call him on 077389 41415.

We may have a potential diamond for you.

Blake at B&Q, Burgess Hill.
